Returns & Exchanges

At NightLightGlow, we prioritize your satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. To ensure a hassle-free process, please review the details below:

Return and Exchange Period:

Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product(s). Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and promotional items are excluded but remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.

Cancellation:

Order cancellations are accepted before product processing. A full refund will be issued if the order is canceled before shipment. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original selling condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached.
  • Original boxes must accompany returned items.
  • All items must be returned in one package.
  • Return/exchange shipments must use the same service as the original delivery.
  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped.
  • Faulty items are eligible for return.

We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product has been used or altered from its original condition. You will be notified if we propose to reject your refund/exchange, and you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.

How to Return an Item or Entire Order:

  • Contact our Customer Service team with your order number, proof of purchase, and a video or photo of the faulty product.
  • Insert your receipt and items back into the original packaging.
  • Turn the package over to the courier. After the courier checks the return shipment, securely close the package.

Refund Process:

In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. NightLightGlow does not refund shipping costs. Please allow 7-30 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. Upon acceptance, a confirmation email will be sent.
